Stephanie B.m. C.

Stephanie B.M. C. currently serves as an Innovation Analyst and Project Manager at Cégep du Vieux Montréal, where responsibilities include implementing an employee-driven strategy focused on participatory innovation, incubating innovative projects, developing project management tools, and co-developing governance strategies for the responsible use of AI. Previously, Stephanie was involved in academic roles, including Course Creator for "Innovation Management" at Université Concordia and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at H-Pod at Université de Montréal, with research centered on employee-driven innovation in health organizations and responsible innovation in healthcare. Additional experience includes lecturing and consulting roles in social entrepreneurship, project coordination for policy research, and contributions to impactful assessments in Australian universities. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. from Swinburne University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's degree in commerce obtained with honors.
