Olivier Arnoux has extensive experience in customer experience and management roles. Olivier is currently working as the Chief Experience Officer at Cegid, where they are responsible for implementing differentiated relationship models based on solution types. Prior to this, they worked at Qualtrics - SAP as a Customer Experience Solutions Strategist. Olivier also co-founded CXM Fab, a boutique consultancy firm specializing in Customer Experience Management. Olivier has held various leadership positions at BNP Paribas and Accor, where they focused on customer journey, transformation, and digital experiences. Olivier started their career at Opel and Apple Centre before joining Alison Associates as the Director of the French Office.
Olivier Arnoux obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris in 2008. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in General Management from INSEEC - MBA INSTITUTE between 1990 and 1994.
