Sophie Fanfano

Sophie Fanfano has over two decades of experience in marketing and sales leadership, currently serving as Responsable Télémarketing & SDR at Cegid since February 2001. Sophie orchestrates two teams focused on lead generation: the outbound SDR team for proactive prospecting and the inbound Télémarketing team for managing incoming inquiries. Previous roles at Cegid include overseeing customer support and optimizing client interactions, alongside managing commercial opportunities through Télémarketing campaigns. Prior to Cegid, Sophie held commercial roles at Teleperformance and ODA Pages Jaunes, and managed a sports store. Early career experience includes training in health sciences and textile marketing. Sophie completed education at ALFO VM Lyon in 1998.
