Demet Uyar

Demet Uyar is an experienced professional in leadership and coaching, currently serving as President of EMCC Turkey and as the Head of the Mentoring Work Group. With a diverse background in coaching, training, and consultancy, Demet has been an Executive & Team Coach at Navitas Training, Coaching & Consultancy Services since 1997 and has represented the Turkish market for Cegos since 2015. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at Simitri Group International and a part-time lecturer at Bahcesehir University and Istanbul Bilgi University. Demet holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Political Science from Boğaziçi University and a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Birkbeck, University of London, alongside numerous certifications in coaching and leadership training from various institutions.
