Verónica Encarnación

Verónica Encarnación is a Human Resources Generalist at CEGsoft. Verónica has been with the company since August 2019 and has been responsible for all HR Management related functions, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, organizational development, management support, team activities, and organizational culture design.

Verónica has a strong commitment to providing a high quality employee experience and to applying best practices to CEGsoft's employee value proposition. Verónica closely monitors employee engagement results and works steadily to improve processes and achieve business goals.

Prior to joining CEGsoft, Verónica was an intern at the Centro de Investigación en Comportamiento Organizacional CINCEL S.A.S., where they were responsible for developing an intervention proposal around psychosocial risk factors at work. During their time there, they had the opportunity to learn from and support other areas of the organization, attend ongoing trainings and research, and participate in conferences, interventions, and other activities aimed at their clients.

Verónica Encarnación has a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University - San Juan Campus. Verónica also has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Human Resources from Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga'​. Verónica is also certified as a coach from FiDelis Talent Solutions and as a licensed psychologist from the Department of Health.

Their manager is Jorge A. Nazario, Founder & CEO. Verónica Encarnación works with Wilneida Castro - Director of Operations, Jose Vega - Director, R&D.
