Gabriella Cabral serves as the Gerente de Projetos - PMO at CEI- Comércio Exportação e Importação de Materiais Médicos Ltda. since September 2021, leading the implementation and management of the Project Management Office and hybrid project management methodologies. With experience as an Empreendedora at Start View Consultoria, Gabriella has driven projects focusing on corporate innovation and digital transformation. Previous roles include managing digital launch projects at Rocket Lançamentos Digitais and enhancing business processes at Gestão Ápice and Lure Consultoria Corporativa, utilizing various methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Gabriella holds a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás and is currently pursuing a Master's in Production Engineering at Universidade Federal de Goiás, along with a specialization in Business Agility and Digital Transformation.
