Anna Keogh Stamps

Anna Keogh Stamps, P.E., CFM, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in public works and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Public Works Department Manager, Project Manager, and Public Works Project Engineer at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. since January 2015, Anna has led various projects focused on transportation infrastructure and environmental improvements. Prior experience includes working as a Civil Engineer at Dewberry, where contributions were made to non-arterial and arterial roadway enhancements, water and wastewater line improvements, and wastewater treatment facilities. Anna also has research experience as a Transportation Lab Tech at the University of Arkansas, specializing in Warm Mix Asphalt and Recycled Asphalt Shingles, and as an Engineering Intern at the Arkansas Department of Transportation, involved in statewide planning and research activities. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2012.
