Joel Hays

Joel Hays is the Project Manager at CEI Engineering Associates. Joel has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and site design. Joel has worked on projects such as the installation of drainage systems, the construction of heavy haul roads, and the layout of land development projects. Joel has also worked as a Client Manager/project manager and as a Civil designer/drafter.

Joel Hays has a background in engineering and business from Tarrant County College, and also studied architecture at Texas Tech University.
