A vigilant technology leader with more than 15 years of proven capability, Scott has an established track of delivering solutions via platform diversity, serving various business environments through highly engaged, motivated, and culturally distinct teams. As the Director of Technology at CEI Engineering, providing technology leadership for Infrastructure and End User services. He leads the team to manage technology resources for geographically distributed locations. He is responsible for Infrastructure and End User Services providing technology development, monitoring, and maximizing the return on investment. His primary responsibilities include staff development and mentoring, Business Objective to Technology Goal mapping, technology budgets, solution decisions, and standards implementation.

Most importantly Scott is responsible to ensure that CEI and its Clients are properly connected. By providing a host of connection options and information management systems paired with supervision and support of a network team, he has ensured the connectivity nationwide of more than 140 staff and well over 500 clients seamlessly.
