Katie Dougherty

Katie Dougherty is a professional recruiter at CEI since July 2021, with prior experience as a program manager at Step By Step, Inc., overseeing community homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. Katie has managed direct support staff, coordinated medical needs for clients, and monitored operating budgets. Experience also includes a role as a service coordinator at Patient Care Coordination, Inc., where Katie maintained a caseload of participants, coordinated benefits, and conducted home visits. Previous positions involved working as a connections associate at Juniper Village, a residential program worker at The Arc of Centre County, a customer service representative at Penn State University, and a registered behavior technician at ABA2DAY Behavior Services. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University in 2019.
