Juan Pablo Osorio Restrepo has a diverse range of work experience. Juan Pablo started their career as a Web Application Developer at Universidad EAFIT, where they were responsible for enhancing the university's digital presence and implementing cutting-edge solutions. Juan Pablo then worked at Ceiba Software as a Full Stack Developer, collaborating closely with clients to deliver exceptional software solutions. Juan Pablo later took on the role of Lead Technical Architect, providing guidance and defining architectures for various projects.

In 2018, Juan Pablo also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Corporación Universitaria Adventista, where they brought passion and enthusiasm to their role as a university professor in Systems Engineering. Additionally, they co-founded Digital School at Intersoftware | Red de Empresarios del Software de Colombia, where they served as the CTO. Juan Pablo focused on reprofessionalizing individuals and equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in high-paying professions.

More recently, Juan Pablo founded JuanPa Invierte, an academy dedicated to empowering individuals to maximize their investments and unlock the potential of real estate. Their mission is to provide comprehensive education and guidance to help people make informed investment decisions. Throughout their work experience, Juan Pablo has demonstrated excellence in team leadership, client collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Juan Pablo Osorio Restrepo completed their education at various institutions. From 1994 to 2009, they attended Instituto San Carlos De La Salle, where they obtained their Bachiller degree. Juan Pablo then pursued an Engineer's Degree at Universidad EAFIT from 2010 to 2016. In 2013, Juan Pablo took foundational computer science courses at Infosys, Mysore, India. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Scrum Developer Professional Certificate, Scrum Master Professional Certificate, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate, and Certified Scrum Developer. Juan Pablo also completed the Guidewire Configuration Fundamentals course offered by Guidewire Software. Furthermore, Juan Pablo plans to obtain the MENTORÍA DE PRÁCTICAS - TALENTO EAFIT certification in 2023.
