Heather Brown

Heather Brown has extensive experience in sales support and client services, currently serving as the Manager of Sales Support at CEI Fleet Driver Management since 2005, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive support to the sales team and offering expert guidance throughout sales processes. Prior roles at CEI include Manager of Strategic Account Services and Team Leader of Client Services, where Heather focused on supporting a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company's collision claims and driving programs. Before joining CEI, Heather managed front-of-house operations at Chi-Chi's Tex-Mex restaurants, overseeing staff training, scheduling, and inventory management. Academic background includes a degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
