Jan Čechal

Jan Čechal is a research group leader at CEITEC. Jan has also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research and as a lecturer at Brno University of Technology. Jan’s research focuses on using STM to study molecular/self-assembled systems on surfaces.

Jan Čechal has a Ph.D. in Physical and Materials Engineering from Brno University of Technology, and an Ing. in Physical Engineering from the same school.

Jan Čechal works with Hermann Detz - Research Group Leader, Irena Rektorová - Research Group Leader Senior, and Peter Josef Lukavsky - Research Group Leader Senior. Jan Čechal reports to Šárka Pospíšilová, Head of Research Centre.
