Mike Follingstad

Mike Follingstad is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in supply chain engineering, quality assurance, and advanced engineering technology. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Leader at Celadon Systems since October 2022, Mike previously held significant roles including Director of Supply Chain Engineering and Quality Assurance at Red Wing Shoe Co., and Vice President of Engineering at CommScope, where technical leadership and strategic direction were provided for international teams. With a strong background in research and development, Mike led teams at TE Connectivity and ADC, focusing on product testing, prototyping, and innovative design solutions. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
