Jefferson Yuki

Jefferson Yuki is an experienced professional in management and consulting with a focus on onboarding and organizational efficiency. Jefferson has been with Celcoin as Coordenador de Onboarding since August 2022, after holding prior roles in the company, including Team-leader and Analista de Onboarding. Previously, Jefferson co-managed a franchise of Brazil's largest vocational education network at Instituto Mix de Profissões de Biguaçu. As a co-founder of Árvore Consultoria, Jefferson assisted businesses in improving management practices and quantifying performance results. Jefferson's consulting background includes significant tenure at Nortia Consultores Associados and Falconi Consultores de Resultado, where expertise in strategic management and revenue enhancement was developed. Jefferson started the career with a brief internship at WEG, focusing on continuous improvement within production management. Jefferson holds an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and completed a short course in Entrepreneurship at Insper.
