Bahadır Soydan has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Bahadır is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Çelebi Aviation Holding, where they lead the HR Center of Excellence and oversees teams responsible for HR Technology, Compensation & Benefits, Budget & Reporting, Performance Management, and Talent & Development. Prior to this, they worked at TUPRAS, where they held the positions of Head of Academy and HR Technology, Head of Academy, and Learning and Development Manager. Earlier in their career, they contributed to the success of Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş. as a Human Resources Unit Manager and Financial Project Controlling Senior Specialist. Bahadır started their career as a Production Engineer at Arçelik Washing Machine Plant.
Bahadır Soydan completed a certificate program in leadership principles from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. Bahadır holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Koç University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University between 1998 and 2002. Bahadır completed their high school education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi from 1990 to 1998, focusing on Mathematics and Science. In addition to their formal education, Bahadır has obtained several certifications, including Total Rewards Compensation from eCornell, Business Analytics: Decision Making Using Data from Cambridge Judge Business School, Kanban Systems Improvement and Kanban System Design from Kanban University, Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley Executive Education, ReMood Program from Emeritus, and Team Kanban Practitioner from Kanban University. Bahadır obtained certifications as a Registered Product Owner™ and Registered Scrum Master™ from Scrum Inc. in September 2022.
