Ant Phillips has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Ant currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at D4t4 Solutions Plc since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of design and development, technical leadership, and executive briefings and presentations. Prior to this, Ant was the Deputy Chief Technology Officer at D4t4 Solutions Plc from January 2021 to December 2021, where they led the architecture of a new product for real-time fraud prevention.

Ant also has experience working at IBM as an Industry Architect from June 2011 to June 2013, where they led the design and development of a new integration product for the healthcare market. Ant also served as a Technical Lead at IBM from October 2006 to June 2011, leading a cross-functional agile team and building relationships with customers across Europe and the US.

Before IBM, Ant worked at Exony as a Technical Lead from 2001 to 2006, where they were responsible for design, development, and team leadership. Ant also served as a Consultant at Bidup TV, redesigning the bidding engine for improved performance.

Ant's early career includes roles at Sony as a Principle Engineer from 1997 to 2000, working on projects related to DVD authoring, video special effects, grid computing, and digital television. Ant also worked at Microsoft as a Software Developer from 1993 to 1997, and at Teleglobe Insurance Systems as an Analyst Programmer from 1989 to 1993.

Ant Phillips attended the University of Birmingham from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Software Engineering.
