Serpil Hall

Serpil Hall has extensive experience in fraud prevention and financial crime. Serpil currently holds the position of Head of Fraud Prevention and Product Manager at D4t4 Solutions Plc since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at EY from 2015 to 2021, specializing in financial crime and forensics. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Business Solutions Consultant at BAE Systems, providing expertise in fraud and compliance solutions for their NetReveal products. Serpil also worked as a Lead Consultant at Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) from 2011 to 2013, where they advised clients on fraud prevention and coordinated project teams. Before that, they were a Senior Commercial Security Programme Manager at Royal Mail Group, Post Office Limited from 2009 to 2011, focusing on commercial security and fraud risk management. Serpil's career began at VISA Europe, where they held multiple roles including Member Liaison Fraud Manager and Fraud Services Executive from 2006 to 2009. Serpil started their professional journey as a Risk & Fraud Analyst - Fraud Investigator at American Express Europe from 2000 to 2006, developing fraud prevention measures and conducting investigations. Throughout their career, Serpil has gained expertise in various aspects of fraud prevention, financial crime, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Serpil Hall obtained their Certification in Fraud Examining from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) during the period of 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued their MSc in Criminology, Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester from 2009 to 2011. Earlier in their education, Serpil completed their degree in Business, specializing in Business, Economics and Finance, at the University of Brighton from 2000 to 2006.
