Anders Påander's work experience includes holding the position of Chief Technology Officer at Celemi - Making Change Happen since August 2017. In this role, they spearhead the digitalization process and oversees various IT tasks and projects. Prior to that, they worked at Electrolux from September 2012 to June 2016 as the Global Business & Market Intelligence Tool Director. During this time, they led large market data and IT system development projects and managed a team. Before Electrolux, they were at Tetra Pak from August 2006 to August 2012, initially as the Director of Global Marketing & Portfolio Tools and then as the Manager of Marketing Information Tools and Business Intelligence projects. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing tools, training stakeholders and users, and managing contracts and negotiations. Anders also led a team and led projects from start to implementation. Prior to Tetra Pak, they held Project Manager positions at Nestle from 1994 to 1999, where they focused on SAP Controlling and Finance.
Anders Påander holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lund University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1993. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lund University from 1989 to 1992. In 2014 to 2016, they participated in the Marketing Masters Development Program, earning the degree of Prophet in Marketing. In 2011, they attended IMD and studied Mobilizing People, focusing on Leadership. Expanding their knowledge, in 2004, Anders Påander completed the Management for young managers (MUC) program at MiL. In 2002, they also participated in the Strategic Marketing and Customer Management program at IMD. Additionally, they served in the Military Services as a Squad Commander in 1988.
