Kieran Hines has extensive experience in the field of technology impact analysis within banking and financial services. Currently serving as Principal Analyst at Celent since February 2020, Kieran focuses on retail and corporate banking sectors. Prior to this, Kieran was with Ovum for nearly six years, holding roles such as Head of Industries and Practice Leader for Financial Services Technology, where responsibilities included leading research and commercial direction across financial services, public sector, and technology sectors. Kieran also has prior experience at Datamonitor, progressing from Practice Leader for Global Financial Services to Research Director at Datamonitor Financial, overseeing significant research areas and teams. Kieran began a career in research at Datamonitor in 2003, following an education at the University of Nottingham from 1999 to 2002.
