Jing Liu

Jing Liu is the Manager of Software Development at Accela, a company that provides software for government agencies. Jing has been with the company since July 2009 and their current position is Engineering at Celential.ai.

Liu has led the development of several software projects at Accela, including the construction of the API for the Accela Civic Platform and the development of the Accela Automation software. Jing has also worked onsite and offshore with mobile developers to build consumer-oriented apps for iOS and Android devices.
