Martin Köhler has worked at Celerion since 2020, initially as a Scientist LC-MS and currently as a Senior Scientist LC-MS. In their role, they are responsible for the identification of metabolites of potential drug candidates and method development for sample extraction procedures and LC-MS/MS techniques. Martin also performs data evaluation of clinical study samples and writes study plans and reports in a regulated environment. Martin Köhler is experienced in PK method development and quantification using high-sensitive triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. From 2014 to 2019, Martin Köhler worked as a PhD Student at ETH Zurich, where they investigated synthetic collagen heterotrimers and determined quaternary structures of ABC-transporter Nanobody complexes using various mass spectrometry techniques.
Martin Köhler attended The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry.
