Andy Lewallen

Andy Lewallen has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andy most recently served as the Director of Operations for SaaS at Celero Commerce starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at RazorSync, where they held various roles including Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Lead, and Customer Success Rep from 2020 to 2022.

Before their time at RazorSync, Andy was a Technical Sales Representative at Dell EMC from 2019 to 2020. Andy also served as a Channel Account Manager and Channel Acquisitions Manager at ZOOM International from 2017 to 2018.

Andy's earlier work experience includes positions such as Service Consultant at Lexus of Cool Springs, Sales role at Nashville Armory, Catalog Manager/Tapecopy/Engineer role at Moraine Music Group, and Audio Video Technician role at Margaritaville.

Andy began their career in the telecommunications industry, working at Verizon Wireless as a Technical Support Representative and later as an Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Additionally, Andy has experience in the retail industry, having worked as an Assistant Manager, Department Manager, and Salesperson at Guitar Center.

Throughout their career, Andy has gained expertise in customer success, technical sales, channel management, service consulting, audio engineering, technical support, and retail sales.

Andy Lewallen attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Recording: Audio Productions. During their time at MTSU, they also pursued a minor in Computer Science. Prior to attending college, Andy Lewallen graduated from Bryant High School in 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Delegating Tasks" and "Excel: Power Pivot for Beginners" from LinkedIn, in January 2023 and December 2022 respectively.
