Marc Hinkelman

Marc Hinkelman is the Program Manager leading Celestar Corporation’s domestic and international efforts in support of the Department of State and Department of Commerce. He is responsible for leading all business operations across the spectrum, integrating best business practices to ensure seamless operational support.

Marc honorably served as a U.S. Army Ranger, Ranger Instructor, First Sergeant Course Instructor, JTF-6 Operations Officer and was a graduate of class 53 of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2005 after 21 years of service. Prior to joining Celestar Corporation, Marc served with several industry leading companies as the Director of Operations supporting multiple clients to include NATO/NSPA, WTA ANSF C-IED/EOD/IEDD in Afghanistan and a classified U.S. Army Special Forces program in Hereford, England; Director of Training supporting the Department of Justice, Holocaust Memorial Museum, Government Accounting Office, and Federal Protective Service; Program / Project Manager in support of the U.S. Embassy Kabul and SVS in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

Marc holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Management from Webster University and is a member in good standing with the Project Management Institute where he earned his PMP Certification.
