Shea Dupont

Shea DuPont joined Celestar in May 2020 as the Program Coordinator. She brings more than 20 years of experience working with primarily small to medium sized companies in the Tampa Bay Area. Shea also holds the role of Facility Security Officer and is working the Cyber Security transition regarding the NIST and CMMC requirements.

Prior to joining Celestar, Shea was a Project Manager, Program Administrator, and Facility Security Officer for companies such as Orbis Operations, InterOptions, LLC, and Castalya Systems supporting contracted personnel in the Information & Communication Technology and the Special Operations communities.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL, Shea has been fortunate to be able to participate in many outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, and running completing sprint triathlons and other outdoor events. However, right now her passion is training Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a certified instructor in their Women’s Self-Defense program. Prior to Shea working in the defense industry, she was a Certified Chiropractic Physician’s Assistant supporting the health and wellness of patients for over ten years while managing business operations.
