Andrew Gimlett has a diverse and extensive work experience. Andrew began their career as a Calibration Technician at SIMCO Electronics in 2015. In 2016, they joined In-N-Out Burger and worked there until 2016, achieving the position of Level 6. In 2017, Andrew worked briefly as a Barista at Starbucks before transitioning into a role at Kontron as a BIOS Validation Intern. Later that year, they became a Firmware Engineer at Computer Methods, where they developed firmware for microprocessor architectures and provided debugging and software patching support. In 2017, they also worked at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer, specializing in interface development for unmanned vehicles. In 2018, Andrew continued their firmware engineering career at Computer Methods, overseeing all aspects of firmware development. In 2019, they joined Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions as an Electrical Engineer, primarily focusing on firmware and electrical design for particle counters. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Embedded Firmware Engineer at Celestial AI, where they utilize their expertise in firmware development.

Andrew Gimlett has a solid education history in the field of engineering. Andrew completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from DeVry University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned some college credits in Computer Engineering from San Joaquin Delta College, attending there in 2013 and 2014.
