Ana Moya

Ana Moya has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ana started their career as a Guide at Planetario Alfa in 2003. Ana then worked as an Operations Training Analyst at Celestica from 2008 to 2013. After that, they joined PIASA as a Talent Development Manager for a brief period in 2014. Later in 2014, they became the Coordinator of Training and Development at ARENDAL, where they implemented various HR initiatives. In 2016, they joined Metalsa as a Senior Training and Development Specialist, focusing on maintenance and safety. From 2019 to 2020, Ana worked as a Training Supervisor at Nidec Global Appliance, where they were responsible for training plans and matrices. Ana then joined Nidec Motor Corporation as a Manager of Learning and Organizational Development from 2020 to 2021. Currently, Ana is employed as a Lead Engineer in the Manufacturing Process at Celestica from 2022 onwards.

Ana Moya completed their education at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León from 2000 to 2004, earning a degree in Communication Sciences with a specialization in Human Resources Development. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hoshin Kanri, IPC 610E, ISO-14001:2004, ISO-9001:2015, and OHSAS 18001:2007 from various institutions.
