Bob Ballenger

Bob Ballenger is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in power systems and design engineering. As a Senior Principal in Design Engineering at Celestica since November 2021, Bob oversees critical design processes. Prior to this role, Bob spent over two decades at Cisco, where notable positions included Senior Manager for the Board-Mounted Power Team and Senior Manager for Power Systems, leading initiatives for designing and sustaining power systems across a wide range of Cisco products. Bob's career began as a Hardware Engineer at Auspex, focusing on power system development for servers. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics from San Jose State University, completed in 1995.
