George Tehrani

George Tehrani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2022. George currently serves as the Sr. Director, Enterprise GTM & Strategy, Disaggregated Infrastructure at Celestica. In this role, they are responsible for developing strategies for advancing cloud native storage, AI/ML, and Edge AI vectors. Prior to their current position, George was the Head of HPS Product Marketing at Celestica, where they focused on building long-term product GTM strategies.

Before joining Celestica, George worked at NetApp as the Director of Cloud Data Services and Managed Kubernetes Service, where they defined future product strategies and roadmaps for persistent storage orchestrators and application data management for Kubernetes.

George also held the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Marketing & Product Management at Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc., and Director of HPC & Enterprise Product Marketing at Lenovo.

Their career began at Hughes Network Systems in 2000 as the VP of OEM & Technology, where they worked until 2011.

George Tehrani holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Chico. George also has a background in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, George has obtained several certifications, including the Certified DevOps Professional from NetAppU in 2019, the Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge from the Cloud Security Alliance in 2013, and the Virtualization Solution Professional (VSP) from VMware in 2007. George also holds certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) from IBM in 2001 and Advanced Project Management Certification from the Platinum PMP Program in 1998. Furthermore, George has completed the Leadership Programs Executive Training Certification from IVC in 1996 and holds the Data Visionary certification. George is also familiar with ITIL and has obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certification from SCRUMstudy. Additionally, they have recently acquired the Advanced Fiber and Connectivity for High-Speed Data Centers certification from CI&M in 2022.
