Hitendra Patel

Hitendra Patel has a diverse work experience in strategic and corporate strategy roles. Hitendra started their career at ICF as a Research Associate, Analyst, and Consultant in the Power & Fuel sector. While at ICF, they received special recognition awards for supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions of energy assets. Hitendra then moved on to work at Air Liquide India as a Deputy Manager and later as a Manager in Strategic Energy Projects, where they managed the energy demand portfolio and was awarded the International High Potential (IHP) candidate for outstanding achievements. Hitendra then joined MNP as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant in the Energy & Utilities division. At MNP, they played a key role in conducting energy market research and developed valuation models for various renewable energy projects. After that, they worked at Air Liquide as a Manager in Strategic Energy Projects, evaluating investment opportunities in the European energy market and leading projects related to third party access in the UK electricity market. Hitendra then transitioned to CAPCO as a Senior Consultant, where they led business analysis for mobile app development and adjusted reporting processes for regulatory compliance at Canadian banks. Currently, they are working at Celestica as the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, where they have been involved in strategic planning, developing transformation roadmaps, expanding the portfolio into new markets, and evaluating inbound M&A targets.

Hitendra Patel completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Investment Banking and Strategy from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee between 2002 and 2006. Hitendra completed their Senior Secondary (XII) education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths at SGRR Public School, Dehradun from 1999 to 2001. Before that, in 1994, they completed their High School (X) from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mirzapur. Additionally, Hitendra obtained Duolingo French Fluency: Elementary certification from Duolingo in 2015.
