Michael Giallella

Michael Giallella has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Michael currently holds the role of Vice President Finance at Celestica since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Candela Medical as Associate Vice President FP&A, Operations & Service from 2019 to 2022, and as Senior Director FP&A, Operations from 2019 to 2022. Before that, they held several finance director positions at Sensata Technologies, including Finance Director, Industrial Business Unit from 2018 to 2019, Finance Director, Industrial Solutions Business Unit from 2016 to 2018, and Finance Director, Global Supply Chain from 2013 to 2016. Michael started their career at Praxair, where they held various roles including Finance Manager, Global Procurement & Materials Management from 2008 to 2013, Senior Internal Auditor from 2006 to 2008, Region Accountant from 2004 to 2006, and Integrated Logistics Planner from 2000 to 2004.

Michael Giallella earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Business Economics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam in 1999. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Canisius University, completing their studies in 2000.
