Mike Gross

Mike Gross has over 35 years of work experience in operations and management roles. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Celestica since 2023. Prior to that, they were the President at Blue Bolt Consulting from 2021 to 2023, where they provided strategic counsel and coaching on achieving operational excellence.

From 2016 to 2021, Mike worked at Plexus Corp., first as the Vice President and GM, and later as the Vice President of US Operations. At Plexus Corp., they gained extensive experience in leading and managing operational teams.

Before joining Plexus Corp., Mike worked at Jabil from 1999 to 2016, holding various senior director and management positions. Mike managed global operations support teams, oversaw integration of shop floor control systems, and led US operations. Mike also served as the Workcell Manager and Director of Manufacturing, where they developed global manufacturing baselines and managed operations development teams.

Prior to their time at Jabil, Mike worked at Delphi from 1989 to 1997. Mike held multiple roles, including Focus Factory Manager, where they were responsible for all operational activities and labor relations.

Mike Gross completed their Bachelor's degree in General Studies at the University of Michigan from 1983 to 1988. In 2018-2019, they also completed the Executive MBA program in Business Administration and Management, General at the UW Oshkosh MBA Program. Additionally, Mike obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ in October 2010, and they also hold the ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in December 2010.
