Conrad Smits

Conrad Smits is an accomplished strategic advisor and business leader with extensive experience in healthcare technology and services. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor, Coach, and Mentor at CS Advisory since 2021, Conrad provides insightful consulting on digital transformation and consumer health. Additional roles include Business Advisor positions at UltraSight and Synapse Dental Pain Eraser, Board Member at Celestra Health Systems, and Certified Impact Mentor for Executives at the Chauteix Institute. Previously, Conrad held various executive positions at Philips from 2002 to 2021, including Executive Vice President roles leading services, commerce, and personal health businesses, as well as senior leadership in diagnostic imaging divisions. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Conrad is passionate about mentorship and supporting the growth of healthcare technology startups.
