Cecilie Flændsdal Specchio is currently the Canteen Manager at Celf. Cecilie has previous experience as a Sous Chef from their time at Fazer from June 2004 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for total credit. From March 2012 to August 2012, Cecilie was a kok/ chef at Fazer Amica, where they were a barselsvikariat for the restaurant chefen.
Cecilie Flændsdal Specchio has a degree in leadership from Zealand - Sjællands Erhvervsakademi and experience as a chef from cafe victor, restaurant barcelona, and Hotel og restaurant skolen. Cecilie is currently a Diplomleder, or leader of educational programs, for kok/ gastronom.
