Jeff Kinne has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Jeff is currently the Head of Customer Success at Celigo, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MuleSoft as a Senior Customer Success Director and later as a Customer Success Director from 2019 to 2021. Before joining MuleSoft, Jeff worked at CSG for a significant period, holding various roles such as Client Business Executive, Executive Director of Account Management, Director of Account Management, and Account Director of Professional Services from 2003 to 2019. Jeff also has previous experience working at Firepond as a Professional Services Application Consultant and at Accenture as a Consultant. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional sales performance, receiving multiple sales awards for exceeding revenue targets.
Jeff Kinne attended Iowa State University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
