Harry Pattinson

Harry Pattinson is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Ledgy since March 2023. Prior to this role, Harry was a key member of the founding team at Kula, where responsibilities included heading account management from July 2021 to March 2023 for an innovative AI outbound sales platform for lawyers, backed by Y Combinator. Harry also contributed to Luminance from September 2019 to July 2021, initially as an Account Executive, selling AI solutions for M&A Due Diligence across EMEA, and later as a Product Specialist, managing the implementation of AI contract review technology for various clients. Earlier experience includes completing a vacation scheme at Travers Smith and a mini-pupillage at Becket Chambers. Harry holds a BA in History from the University of Bristol, completed in 2018, and attended The King's School, Canterbury from 2009 to 2014.
