Soren Riisgaard

Soren brings more than 20 years of experience in the Software, SaaS, and technology space. He joins us from FinancialForce, where he served as the VP of Corporate.

Strategy & Business Operations, overseeing efforts to scale the company and successfully growing revenue by 4x.

Before FinancialForce, Soren worked at KMD, an ERP vendor in Northern Europe based in Denmark. At KMD, he was responsible for Corporate Strategy and M&A, with a focus later in his tenure on optimizing the company and its business processes, including building their nearshore presence. Previously, Soren worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. for several years, serving technology clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the US. He started his career as a software developer at NNIT in Denmark, serving pharmaceutical customers.

Soren has an MS in Computer Science from DTU in Denmark and has also taken graduate courses at MIT in the US.
