Julia Dumaine

Julia Dumaine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail training and development, currently serving as the Global Retail Training Director at CELINE since March 2022. In this role, Julia oversees the design and implementation of the Client Experience strategy across the global retail network. Prior to CELINE, Julia was the Learning & Development Manager at LVMH from March 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included designing blended learning programs for executives and managers. Julia's career also includes significant positions at Louis Vuitton, where roles spanned from International Retail Learning Manager to Training & Communication Manager, focusing on creating and executing training programs for retail staff worldwide. Julia's early career features roles in recruitment and internal communication at Pomona and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin. Julia holds a Master's degree from NEOMA Business School, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
