Marc Carson

Marc Carson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Marc is currently the Director of Strategic Programs at Celito Tech Inc. Prior to this role, they worked at Taos in various positions such as Assistant Manager of End User Services, Service Desk Transition Engineer, and Service Desk Lead/Supervisor. At Taos, they were responsible for assisting clients and vendors, building and maintaining positive client relations, and managing projects using tools like Smartsheets. Before Taos, Marc worked as an IT Systems Technician at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a Computer Technician and Software Tester at Beta Breakers, and a Lead Technician at MeasureComp. Marc also has experience as a Software Engineer Project Lead at Riverdeep Interactive Learning and Gores Technology Group. Throughout their career, Marc has gained expertise in network operations, system support, software testing, and project management.
