Chris Julian Lazarus

Chris Julian Lazarus serves as the Chief Officer of Sales, Distribution, Customer Operations, and Regions at Cell C since March 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Chief Officer for Enterprise Business at Safaricom Telecommunications Ethiopia PLC from December 2021 to January 2024, focusing on empowering the digital future of businesses in Ethiopia. With extensive experience at Vodacom from March 2005 to December 2021, Chris progressed through multiple managing executive roles, overseeing various regions and functions, including retail, cloud and security, and public sector solutions. Previous experience includes a Business Unit Manager position at I-Net Bridge and a Marketing Manager role at Intekom. Chris holds an MBA in Telecommunications from Henley Management College and completed a MasterClass in the Internet of Things from NorthWest University South Africa.
