Mia Schmidt

Mia Schmidt is a seasoned professional in product and digital design, currently serving as Senior Manager: Product and Channel Design at Cell C since April 2025. Prior to this role, Mia gained extensive experience at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH) from July 2018 to April 2025, where positions included Senior Manager: Digital Design, Lead User Experience (UX) Researcher, User Researcher, and Product Manager. Mia's earlier tenure at TIH from January 2013 to May 2018 involved roles such as Customer Champion and Communication Coordinator. Mia holds a Master of Business Administration from Stellenbosch Business School, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from North-West University, both in Communication Management.
