Caroline Harris has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. Caroline is currently working as a Business Insights Analyst at Cell-Ed, where they create and implements strategic work-plan tracking systems and generates customized reports using Tableau. Prior to this, Caroline worked as a Violence Prevention Specialist at Moving To End Sexual Assault, where they developed and implemented community-based programs and delivered trainings on violence prevention. Caroline also served as a Victim Advocate at KITSAP SEXUAL ASSAULT CENTER, providing legal and medical advocacy to victims, and as a Student Admissions Representative and Peer Advocate and Educator at the University of Puget Sound, where they supported survivors and conducted educational sessions on consent and intimate partner violence. Caroline also gained experience in marketing and digital media during their internships at POSSIBLE, Collegis Education, and the Kellogg School of Management-Executive Education. At POSSIBLE, they contributed to social activation campaigns and managed Facebook campaigns for different clients. At Collegis Education, they managed the daily operations of various digital channels and authored a digital marketing guide. At the Kellogg School of Management-Executive Education, Caroline worked as a Marketing Intern. Earlier in their career, they served as a Spirit of Sussex Award Student Connector at the University of Sussex, leading a team in designing and building a student achievement award, and as a Media Services Intern at POSSIBLE, where they worked on projects for nonprofit organizations. Overall, Caroline has a strong background in data analysis, program development, advocacy, and digital marketing.

Caroline Harris obtained a Master of Arts degree in Gender, Violence, and Conflict from the University of Sussex during the time period of 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the University of Puget Sound from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Politics & Government (Political Theory) and completed a Minor in Mathematics.

Aside from their academic qualifications, Caroline Harris also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
