Lotta (Charlotte) Marshall

Research Cytogeneticist at Cell Guidance Systems

Lotta (Charlotte) Marshall has worked in the field of cytogenetics since 2001, beginning their career as a Trainee Clinical Scientist (Cytogenetics) at North West Thames Regional Genetics Service. Lotta (Charlotte) then moved to NHS England North West Thames Regional Genetics Service in 2004 as a Pre-Registration Clinical Scientist (Cytogenetics). In 2005, they joined Auckland DHB as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and Technical Specialist Postnatal Cytogenetics. In 2019, they began working for Cytocell as a Medical Affairs Scientist and Validation and Verification Analyst. Most recently, they were hired as a Research Cytogeneticist at Cell Guidance Systems in 2022.

Lotta (Charlotte) Marshall completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Cytogenetics/Genetics/Clinical Genetics Technology/Technologist from the Association of Clinical Cytogenetics from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc. (Hons) in Human/Medical Genetics from the University of Leeds from 1998 to 2001.
