Shannon Stevens

Shannon Stevens has extensive work experience in human resources. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at Medtronic, starting as a Human Resource Generalist and later promoted to Sr. Human Resources Generalist. In these roles, they partnered with senior leadership and managers for hiring, compensation, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. Shannon also managed OSHA logs and the Worker's Compensation program.

In 2016, Shannon joined Cell Signaling Technology (CST), where they held various HR operations roles. As an HR Operations Manager and HR Business Partner, they strategized and executed company-wide benefits plans, administered open enrollment, and served as a liaison with benefits providers. Shannon also played a key role in implementing a new 401(k) provider to enhance employee experience and increase participation.

Currently, Shannon is the Director of US HR Operations at CST, although the end date for this role is not specified.

Shannon Stevens has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Northeastern University. Additionally, in 2008, they obtained a certification as a Certified Instructor from Achieve Global.
