Yiming Xu

Yiming Xu is a Staff R&D Engineer at Cellares since June 2023, with previous experience as a Senior R&D Engineer III at Johnson & Johnson from August 2020 to April 2023 and as a Mechatronics Engineer at Verb Surgical Inc. from August 2018 to August 2020. Prior to industry roles, Yiming Xu served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida from August 2012 to July 2018, contributing to multiple mechanical and aerospace engineering courses. Yiming Xu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Zhejiang University.
