Stephan Sachs

Stephan Sachs is a Senior Scientist at Cellarity since May 2021, where co-leads drug discovery and development programs, focusing on leveraging multiple omics domains for innovative data analysis strategies. Prior to this role, Stephan served as a Senior Data Scientist at Novo Nordisk, contributing to methods and collaborations in Real World Data & Science. Experience also includes a Post-Doctoral position at Helmholtz Zentrum München, discovering novel drug targets for diabetes, and a Ph.D. with summa cum laude distinction in the same institution, where research centered on polypharmacotherapies. Earlier roles include work as a Student Research Assistant and a Laboratory Scientist, complemented by a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Biomedicine and Nutritional Science from Technical University of Munich.
