Issachar Ben Hamo

Issachar Ben Hamo has over a decade of experience in human resources and customer service management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Cellcom since November 2015, Issachar is responsible for managing the entire employment process, including recruitment, employee integration, training, and organizational development. Previously, Issachar held the position of Outsourcing Department Manager at Cellcom, where responsibilities included coaching managers, managing budgets, and fostering strong business partnerships. Prior to that, Issachar served as Customer Service Manager at Partner Israel and Customer Care Manager at 013 Netvision, focusing on sales success and operational management. Academically, Issachar holds a Master of Arts in Logistics and Global Supply Chain from Ruppin Academic Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College. Early education was completed at Kfar Galim Agricultural High School, majoring in Biology.
