Larisa Cohen

Larisa Cohen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as the VP, General Counsel & Regulation at Cellcom since May 2022, Larisa has held prominent roles including VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Discount Investment Corp Ltd and Property and Building Corp. Ltd. In addition, Larisa served on the board of Epsilon Investment House and was Chairperson of Bar-Tan Holdings and Investments Ltd. Previous experience includes positions at IDB, where Larisa was VP and Deputy to General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Africa Israel Investments Ltd. Larisa began legal career as an Associate at Weksler, Bregman & Co. Advocates following completion of a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University, respectively.
