Hila Eli Nafshi

Hila Eli Nafshi has a range of experience in HR and organizational development roles. Hila began their career at SanDisk as an Employee Center Operator before transitioning to the role of HR Training Coordinator. At NICE Systems, they served as a Global HRIS Analyst & Training Operations, Global Learning Specialist, and Global Organizational Development & Learning Leader, where they were responsible for designing and implementing various talent processes, employee training programs, and learning infrastructure. Hila then worked at NCR Corporation as a Senior HR Business Partner, providing HR support and consulting to employees and managers in Israel and African countries. Most recently, Hila worked at Gett as the Global Head of HR, where they played a strategic role in decision-making, led a team of HR professionals, and oversaw all HR processes and functions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR at Cellebrite.

Hila Eli Nafshi received an M.A in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they obtained a B.A in Behavioral Sciences from Ruppin College. In 2023, they completed a Leadership Development program at QUATRO Leadership Lab.
