Keren Delatizki

Keren Delatizki currently serves as the Director of Global HR and HR Business Partner at Cellebrite, where responsibilities include providing HR consultation and support for the Tech department, as well as managing people programs related to performance management and employee engagement. Previously, Keren worked as a People Partner at Sears Israel, focusing on innovative e-commerce experiences, and held roles at Intel Corporation as an HR Business Partner and Learning & Development Specialist, where contributions included implementing HR practices and designing training programs. Additionally, Keren gained early experience as an Organizational Development Intern at Amdocs and as a Lab Manager at IDC Herzliya. Keren holds a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from Reichman University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, also from Reichman University, along with an exchange program in Business Administration at Università di Trento.
